SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PACKAGE PROTECTION

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

AUSTRALIA

We ship 2 times weekly. Therefore your items will be shipped within 1-3 working days. If your order is urgent please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@capradesigns.com

When your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery if you are in a capital city and 4-10 days for rural areas. 

Free shipping is available on all orders over $200. If in Australia shipping is a $10 flat rate for all orders under $200

Please note bulky products such as the Crescent Stand will be subject to shipping costs at checkout. 


WORLD WIDE

We ship world wide from our Australian and USA warehouses.

Orders will dispatch within 1-3 working days and can take up to 15 days post dispatch to deliver. Please note your product may be subject to duties depending on your Countries custom terms.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $200 unless advised otherwise at checkout. 

All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

RETURNS

If you have purchased a full price item and have had a change of heart we accept returns within 30 days from delivery.  Sale items can not be returned for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A refund will be applied for all of the products returned. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded. 


Gift Cards are exempt from being returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process your refund. 
Your refund will be made directly via shopify to your original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@capradesigns.com 

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact hello@capradesigns.com for a return address.  The customer is responsible for the cost of return.
