We ship 2 times weekly. Therefore your items will be shipped within 1-3 working days. If your order is urgent please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@capradesigns.com
When your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. (USA is UPS or Fedex). Please allow 2-5 days for delivery if you are in a capital city and 4-10 days for rural areas.
Free shipping is available on all Australia and USA orders over $200. If in Australia or USA shipping is a $10 flat rate for all orders under $200.
Please note bulky products such as the Crescent Stand will be subject to shipping costs at checkout.
We ship world wide from our Australian and USA warehouses.
All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS
If you have purchased a full price item and have had a change of heart we accept returns within 30 days from delivery. Discounted items can not be returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A refund will be applied for all of the products returned. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
